Welcome to my Sew Mama Sew's Giveaway Day post! 

 I am giving away your choice 2 of Quilting Jetgirl's (otherwise known as Yvonne) patterns! Yvonne has a selection of instant download PDF quilt patterns for sale through Craftsy. Her patterns have been tested and/or reviewed by other quilters (one by me!!). Yvonne documents her process, ideas, and tutorials related to quilting on her blog Quilting Jetgirl. Yvonne has a giveaway today too. After you are finished here, head on over and check out her giveaway and her blog! AND, to enable your fabric habit grin a $25 gift certificate to Hawthorn Threads!

I tested her most recent pattern release, Triangle Transparency. Click on the caption to find out more about Shock Waves and the pattern testing. The short story is this - Yvonne's patterns are really fabulous and well written!! :)

This was a quick quilt top to piece and an absolute blast to quilt!

    Hi Judy,

    I've been meaning to buy that Triangle Transparency! It's my fallback pattern for a wedding quilt if I don't have time to do another one - I like a quick sew and LOVE that pattern! I'd probably pick the Modern Mountain too. I like Mad About Patchwork for online shopping - nice Canadian shipping rates!

    I like Modern Mountain and Triangle Transparency. I do not usually shop online, due to issues with colors on my monitor being too different from the true color of a print. I do like Connecting Threads and Fat Quarter shop, though, I look at them to see what is coming out.

    Judy, I bought Yvonne's Triangle Transparency pattern too. You completely blew me away with the quilting you did on yours! I love Yvonne's Tessellated Leaves and Color Weaving patterns too.

    I love craftsy & hawthorn threads for fabric shopping but International shipping kills me (I am in Australia). At least Craftsy is flat rate postage so sister & I split it and make big shops rarely. I love the triangles you tested and I would love to try the tessellated leaf pattern (My mum would love it)

    I like Race Track! I don't shop online for fabric often (simply because it doesn't work out cheaper!), but when I do it tends to be for precuts that are drastically reduced and include shipping. While I haven't yet made an order with them, Winter Creek Cloth always has great sale items and only $5 shipping within the US.

    My two choices would be Spring Rain and Tessellated Leaves!!! I have a few Canadian Online shops where I make my fabric purchases from: Sew Sisters Quilt Shop, Mad About Patchwork, Fabric Spark, and I just discovered a new one called Fabric Please! which I will check out!!

    I love the triangle transparency quilt and the color weaving quilt. As for shopping online, my favorite site is my daughter. I let her know what I need and she goes online and finds it for me.

    My favourite patterns are Triangle Transparancy and Tesselated Leaves. My favourite on-line fabric shop is the Fat Quarter Shop, although I prefer to see and feel fabric before I buy.
