OK, not going to blather on, just going to do a brief recap. . . here is the design I made in EQ7:
Previous posts here and here and here it is!
I'll square up those sides when I am done quilting. |
Paper is still attached to the back which makes the flimsy hang a little better, another bonus to PPing! Who knew? |
I'm testing spots and angles in my back yard ;) |
This spot, at this time of the day is pretty darn good! YAY |
Must remember this spot. The colors are coming off perfectly. |
I ordered the backing fabric. . . for some reason they decided to send it on the slow boat. . . It's not going to be here until next week :(
I'm off to finish the backing for the strip quilt top and get it quilted. It's feeling neglected ;) Linking up with Lorna for Let's Bee Social, Lee for WIP Wednesday, Kelly for NTT and Amanda Jean for Finish it up Friday.
Until next time, keep on quilting!
Your quilt looks great in the last picture. Can't wait to see how you decide to quilt it.
ReplyDeleteThis is a beauty and I really look forward to seeing what you decide on to quilt this gem!
ReplyDeleteStunning!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to seeing your super quilting too.
Your piecing is so neat...it makes me want to give you a big hug. What a big difference between the two pictures - shade and sun. I usually prefer shade to take my pictures. However, your quilt in the sun really shines. They all do. You shine :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the last photograph of the quilt top - it looks great!
ReplyDeleteWow, what a difference lighting makes! Looks great, Judy. Do you already have a quilting plan in mind?
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the flimsy finish! Looks great.
ReplyDeleteLovely quilt top! Colors are amazing together :-) I really need to look into that software.. it would make my life so much easier! Visiting (and new subscriber) from Finish It Up Friday!
